How To Have Good Health?. This question seems to be on the mind of 95% of the World's Population, and all because there is so much sickness and disease just dying for a chance to enter the human body. And whether you cause your own bad health, or other irresponsible individuals and companies cause it, you still need to take steps to do whatsoever are in your power  to gain good health, as well as maintain it for life. And today I share with you these 4 easy steps.

First easy step in maintaining good health is to constantly flush your system. And by that I mean flush your body from toxins that are killing your good cells that keep you healthy. And you do that by drinking as much clean water as possible without all that Fluoride and other garbage. Also you have got to do cleansing, yes you must drink herbal teas along with other cleansing ingredients  to flush out excess waste from your system. And do this at least monthly, so you will not keep on getting headaches, pimples, fevers, dry skin etc..

Second way to have good health is to never neglect your sleep. And you see your whole body is the most complex machine ever built, and it has the unique ability of being able to heal itself. Because the brain and the central nervous system work hand - in - hand, to help you greatly from a small cut to a major broken bone. But the way that your body is able to do this is through sleep and rest. Yes my friend, you must sleep every chance you get; because that is when your good cells can focus on repairing tissue damages, organ damages as well as restoring the balancing of your Chakra energy centers.

Third step for good health is through meditation and relaxation techniques. Your body is constantly being stressed by every day troubles, every day disappointments, every day bad fats clogging up your arteries and blood flow, every day of your poisoning it with vices like smoking and drinking. And so relaxation and meditation help the body to breathe, help the body  to relax, help the body to stay in the cosmic flow, help the body to lower the blood pressure within it's system.

Fourth easy way to keep good health is through your eating habits. Yes, do try to eat small meals as often as possible, and do try to eat as healthy as possible as well. Meaning a great mixture of fruits, vegetables and complex Carbs at all times.  You have to be mindful what you put in your mouth dear friend, just because it smells good does not mean it is good for you. Also just because you are around others, does not mean that you must bow down to peer pressure, and just eat what you know your doctors  told you to stay away from.

So keep good health dear friend, so you will be able to do all of the things you have in your bucket list. And you already know the old saying: If you don't have your health, then you have nothing... Meaning you can't show love, you can't spend money, you can't travel, you can't swim, you can't laugh, you can't cook, you can't be in your garden, you can't drive, you can't you can't.....
