First best way on how to be healthy: Mind Healing.
Your mind control your entire central nervous system. And you already know that when you are stressed in the mind, then your entire body is affected negatively because of that. As well when you are in a great mood, then your entire body is at peace and relaxed. And when you are sick, it is your mind that sends commands to your cells to begin the repair process. So you have to keep your mind protected and healthy, in the sense that you must be positive at all times and you must speak to your body what you want to happen each day. Because this is not you playing the Lotto and trying to be lucky, no this is you being the master of your mind and body, and whatsoever you speak is what all your energy centers or Chakras will respond to.
Second way for perfect health: Stay In Weight Class.
No matter what, you must stay in your weight class that is given you by your Doctor. Because carrying on extra weight is you carrying a truck load of diseases, and giving them the master key to your body. You have to do whatever it takes to not allow the extra fats, the extra pounds, the extra calories and the extra stresses. And if you focus on eating healthy, then you will easily stay in your weight class.
Third best way on how to be healthy: Sleep, Sleep And Sleep.
Plain and simple, there is no other way to reenergize your body, no other way to heal your body, no other way to replenish your strength, no other way to keep your mind healthy, no other way to have great skin, no other way to age gracefully. NO OTHER WAY... So sleep all you can, and every chance you get. And you already know "The 8 Hour Minimum", and if you can get a little more than the better off you will be.
Fourth way to become the perfect specimen: Stretch - Walk - Run = Exercise.
You must find creative ways to exercise, because you must stay fit. So just grab some tennis shoes and go walk the Local Mall, All Three Floors, and sight see for an hour or so at least 3 times a week. Very easy, very energetic, very beneficial to your health, and very exciting. Or go to the Local Flea Market, and just walk around for at least an hour, and bring only water with you. Or go to the local Museum, and walk around, and take all the stairs while you are looking at Art. And notice I only mention things that will take your mind off exercising, things that are fun, things that you already enjoy doing.
Fifth best way on how to be healthy: Eat Foods Rather Than Supplements.
Taking supplements should only be in addition of you eating 3-5 healthy meals per day. So they should never be a meal replacement. Because when you take in supplements, you will be peeing away about 70 percent of them. But when you eat your lean meat, when you chew your vegetables, when you enjoy your fruits as deserts. Then your body is getting what it was built for, from the very Mother Earth that it was created from, and it will process them all and send all nutrition to their proper places.
Sixth way for healthy living: Do Not Over train.
Sometimes people think when it comes to exercise, the more the better. And nothing could be further from the truth. It is great and wonderful to exercise, but afterward you must give your body the time to recuperate, you must give your body the nutrition it needs to repair all damages that have been done. But when you continue to abuse your body with 5 hours of intense exercising every single day, because you have become obsessed to being fit in only one area, then you are being Counterproductive. And you will be doing way more harm than good. 30 minutes to 1 hour to activate your metabolism is all that you need. Then the rest of the ways for being healthy will come from eating, resting, relaxing and meditating.
Seventh way to have a perfect body: Hang Out Within Healthy Circles.
It is said: If you want a child to become a Drug Dealer, then let him or her hang out with Drug Dealers. If you want a child to become a Doctor, then let him or her hang out with Doctors... Yes, you are a product of your environment. Sooner Or Later. So it is best that you hang out with friends and family who are into living healthy, because they will help you tremendously, they will share healthy tips with you, they will encourage you to be healthy, and they will support you on those days that you are down on yourself. But if you hang out with people who are heavy liquor drinkers, or heavy smokers, or heavy ice-cream eaters, or fanatic about fried foods... Then tell me what good are you doing to Your Healthy Self?.
Eighth way on how to be perfectly healthy: Water, More Water, And Then Even More Water.
You already know all the basics about health, and in that you are aware that your body is made up of 70 percent water. Also you were born of water when your mother's water broke. So why do you want to drink only juice, wine, liquor, protein shakes etc? Why are you fighting your own body when it is screaming out to you for what it needs? WATER. Please I Beg You, give your body water so it can flush out all the toxins within your body, give your body water so it can wash away all the diseases that are building up, and give your body plenty more water so you can stop filling hungry all the time.
Ninth best way on how to be healthy: Laugh At All Costs.
When you are in a good mood, all your nerve cells are in a good mood, all your energy centers are in a good mood, and even your brain is in a good mood to give out billions of commands to heal your body. So laugh.. Get some comedy tapes and laugh, watch your pets act silly and laugh, pay attention to the little babies being so innocent and laugh. Get together with your friends, brake bread and laugh. And when you laugh you activate all major muscle groups, and open up all your Chakras.
Tenth best way for a perfect body: Stop Stressing.
