What Is Happiness... Because you are just so tired of being miserable, you are so sick of feeling sad on the inside, and you have so many headaches all the time. Yet you can't seem to know why, and you can't find happiness. So you have to ask yourself what happiness is, where can you find it, and how can you make it your slave for life?

Well dear friend, Happiness is  the great peace that you have inside your heart, no matter what time of day it is. And it is when you are sitting by the lake, and a monarch butterfly comes and rest its wings right on your hands. Also happiness is when you know that you are loved by God and by your Family no matter what. And it is when you are living in the best physical shape of your life, and your body is extremely healthy and vibrant with unending energy. And because of this great health, you are able to travel, you are able to fly on the swings of life, and you are able to do cartwheels, and you are able to fall in love. So today I will share with you 5 top ways to find happiness in living healthy and being happy.




First top way to know what happiness is: Do Not Be Perfect.
You are not perfect, and you will never be perfect at anything that you do. But you can be perfect for your children, for the animals in your life, and even for your sweet love. Because to those people and animals, you are a Hero for getting up every morning and taking great care of them. So do not stress yourself out, because then you will be sad all the time from frustration and a big void from being perfect. Also this will greatly affect your health. So remember that only God is Perfect, and only because He created all and sustains all, and so no matter what He Does Is Perfect.




Second top way to live healthy and be happy: Stop Complaining.
When you complain, you become older and badly aged. When you complain you curse your own happiness from staying inside you, and you are ruining your health since being mad all the time will cause your blood pressure to go up. All because the Universe is not your enemy, but your Best Friend, as ordained by God. But when it is trying to help you, by stopping what you're used to, or closing one door only to open up another, you will not give it time to show you that. And you are start to complain and say, I can't get a break. NO,  all that happen to you is to move you forward in your journey and help you to grow. So don't complain, laugh and smile instead and you will find your forgotten friend, Happiness.




What is Happiness... Third way to live: Stop Holding Grudges.
When you refuse to forgive others, you are not punishing them dear friend. You are punishing yourself, and punishing your happiness as well as your health. Because those people have long  ago moved on and have forgotten all about you and the problems with you, but in your own head you live life like the drama was yesterday. So you are not living healthy, you are not happy, and a great poison lives in your heart. You have to forgive, for that is Happiness. Since when you forgive, you have peace and joy in your heart and mind. And that will bring back happiness into your life.




Fourth way to know what happiness is: You Can't Be All To All.
Meaning, you can not take care of the whole world, you can not save the entire City where you live, and you can not safeguard every single family member. Because some people do not want to be saved, and you will drive yourself to Unbelievable Sickness. And then your happiness will become indifferent with you. All you have to do is do your best, all you have to do is share with others what you have, all you have to do is teach what is inside you. And you will make all the difference in the world, you will create a Legacy and you will be forever loved.




Fifth way to live healthy and be happy: Stop Blaming Others.
In life you will triumph and you will fail, and no matter what you must remember that this is your life and you are the Master of it. And yes, others may have influenced your moves, but it was ultimately up to you to decide what to do. So instead of blaming others for where you are now in life, and ruin your health with constant migraines, constant depression, constant lack of motivation and bitterness; you must learn Self-Development and increase your understanding of things around you. And that way you will regain your happiness, you will regain your health, and you will regain being the Master of your life.
